This emergency ACM NOx / Adblue emulator will allow you to easily get to the place of repair even from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok, or not to repair a complex and expensive neutralization system at all.
The payback time of the kit with a working ACM system is only 2 months (a standard truck with a range of 500 km / day). And if we talk about repair, then the cost of any sensor will override the cost of the kit.
Even the driver can install the module himself. To do this, you need to remove the standard connector from the ACM module located in the frame and put it on the module.
It is also necessary to install a dust / dirt plug kit on the NOx sensor connector. The kit is sold separately.
No need to cut anything !!! This means that the car remains under warranty!
The module is dismantled just as easily! And it can be used on another car too!
The waterproof housing and industrial components, as well as quality factory assembly, provide a 3-year warranty.
Each module is tested for functionality immediately before shipping to the customer.
* How to determine which module is needed?
First, you need to determine the toxicity class of the vehicle (Euro 5 or Euro 6). Usually it is enough to look at the vehicle registration certificate. But it’s worth noting that if the car is imported into the Russian Federation from other countries, the toxicity class is likely to be Euro 6, because on the territory of the Russian Federation there is no certification of this class and the Euro 5 class is indicated.
If it is Euro 5, then you need to check the color of the connector on the ACM, which is located in the frame. If black, then the car was produced before mid-2019, if gray, then after.
